Federal Hemp Law Compliance

Where applicable, buyers must also comply with federal hemp laws. Specifically, buyers agree to ensure that any hemp produced using Kanalink’s products contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with federal regulations.

Enforcement and Penalties

Failure to adhere to these compliance requirements may result in legal action and termination of any agreements or contracts with Kanalink. Buyers are responsible for staying informed about and complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

Amendments

Kanalink reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to buyers, who must agree to and comply with the updated policy to continue using our products.
